Return Policy

Returns:

Exchanges:

All garments that are unworn can be exchanged within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. AMAVI reserves the right to reject any returned items that are not in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, undamaged; no detergent, deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, fabric pulls, stretched elastic, etc.)

Exchange Process:
1. Contact shop.byamavi@gmail.com or call/text 647-648-8183 to start your exchange process  

2. All merchandise eligible for exchange can be dropped off at our showroom or sent via post. The customer is responsible to cover all shipping expenses associated with sending back the merchandise.

Policy:

• All garments must be sent back in their original condition.

• Items that shows signs of wear will be denied exchanges.

• All AMAVI anniversary sale items are final sale

• International orders are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer

• Shipping and packaging protection charges on all items are not subject to refund.
